  • Hib-3
  • Rotavirus-3 (if applicable)
  • PCV-3

 

6 months

  • Influenza vaccine (first dose, then annually)
  • Hepatitis B-3

 

9 months

  • MMR-1
  • Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV)
  • JE (in endemic areas)

 

12 months

  • Hepatitis A-1

 

15 months

  • MMR-2
  • Varicella-1
  • PCV Booster

 

18 months

  • DTP Booster-1
  • IPV Booster-1
  • Hib Booster

 

2 years

  • Hepatitis A-2

 

4–6 years

  • DTP Booster-2

9–14 years

  • HPV Vaccine (2-dose schedule, both girls and boys)

 

10–12 years

  • Tdap / Td

 

16–18 years

  • Tdap / Td booster

 

Extra notes from IAP:

Annual influenza vaccine is recommended for all children ≥6 months.

Rabies, JE, Meningococcal, Cholera — given in special situations or high-risk groups.

Catch-up vaccination should be done if a child misses doses.
